Shipping:
- US Orders: Flat rate $3.99 shipping. FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Purchase of Life is Socks Gift Cards, as well as taxes, and any shipping or other fees do not apply toward the minimum purchase requirement.
Order Processing:
- We ship from Raleigh, NC.
- We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Pre-ordered items ship within 1-2 business days of of arrival in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do no receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need us immediately, please contact us at info@lifeissocks.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit the order.
- To ship to multiple addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each address.
- Gift Cards: When you purchase a Life is Socks digital gift card, you will receive an email with a unique code, which you can either forward to the recipient, or simply print and hand deliver to your recipient.
